Farm X is a channel growth partner for the agricultural industry. We find proven manufacturers and ag brands and grow them into markets where they aren't yet established — taking on the full go-to-market effort, from marketing and direct outreach to field days and trade shows, and facilitating the sales that follow.
We're not a distributor in the traditional sense. Rather than warehousing inventory, we take products to market and put them in front of the buyers who need them. With teams in the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom, we move strong agricultural products across borders in every direction — connecting great brands with the growers and operations ready to put them to work.
How the Farm X model works.
Most agricultural manufacturers face the same problem when entering a new market: they have a great product but no local presence, no relationships, and no time to build them from scratch. Traditional distribution requires warehousing, logistics, and upfront inventory risk. Neither path is easy.
Farm X is a third option. We become your on-the-ground growth team in a new market — handling marketing, direct outreach to buyers, attending field days and trade shows, and facilitating sales. You keep control of your product and pricing. We handle market entry.
